Your Consultation, Step by Step
A complimentary visit, a thoughtful conversation, and a clear path forward. Here's exactly what to expect when you walk through our doors.
A Full 3D Picture of Your Smile
Our treatment coordinator will greet you the moment you arrive and walk you through a relaxed, thorough diagnostic process — everything we need to build a complete picture of your smile.
Digital Photos
A quick set of facial and intraoral photos lets us study your profile and smile arc — a baseline you'll be glad to look back on later.
Digital 3D Scan
Goodbye, gooey impressions. A small digital wand captures thousands of frames per second, building a precise 3D map of your teeth and bite that we can rotate and explore together.
Low-Dose X-Rays
When useful, we take low-radiation digital X-rays to check root positions and jaw health — the final piece for a complete, confident diagnosis.
Sit Down with Dr. Chung
Dr. Chung walks you through your records on a large screen so you can see exactly what we see. No jargon, no pressure — just four honest answers.
Is there anything to address — and if so, what exactly are we looking at?
What's the best way to correct it — braces, clear aligners, expansion, or a combination?
How long will treatment realistically take from start to finish?
What's the investment, and how can we make it work for your budget?
Ready to Begin? You Can Start Today.
If you'd like to move forward, we can often begin treatment the same day — one less trip on your calendar.
The Bonding Visit
60 – 90 MinutesThe day your braces or attachments go on. It runs a little longer because every bracket is placed by hand, in just the right spot, so the forces work exactly the way we planned.
Routine Check-Ins
25 – 45 MinutesYou'll pop in every 4 to 8 weeks for quick visits where we check progress, swap wires, and fine-tune the forces moving your teeth.
A Note on Scheduling
Your time matters. We work hard to stay on schedule so the waiting room never feels like one.
After-school and after-work slots book up fast — often 4 to 6 weeks out — so we appreciate your flexibility in saving daytime hours for the longer visits.
